Legendary guitarist, producer and songwriter, Steve Cropper, recently nominated for his first solo Grammy for the debut album from his tight and tuneful Rock n’ Soul quintet, Steve Cropper & The Midnight Hour, will release his highly anticipated new thirteen-track album, 'Friendlytown', on Friday 23rd August via Mascot Label Group/Provogue, having also brought in the talents of Billy F Gibbons from ZZ Top, Queen guitarist extraordinaire Brian May and Country-Rock singer-songwriter and guitarist Tim Montana, of which his first album single, 'Too Much Stress', is also one of today's six of the best "Monday Rocks!' Tracks Of The Day, complemented by five further recent and forthcoming releases from Timeless Fairytale, Jaclyn Bradley, pMad, Permafrost and Nate Silva.
