Having become a household name hosting the hugely popular Radio Caroline night-time show, very sadly Johnnie Walker has died at the age of 79, and in tribute, today's Podcast Of The Day is Johnnie's legendary “No Man Will Ever Forget Monday August 14th Nineteen Hundred and Sixty-Seven” broadcast, alongside fellow DJ Robbie Dale, the historic night that Caroline alone defied Harold Wilson's Government and continued to broadcast after midnight once the Marine offences act had become law.
