Following the release of his thirteen-track rite-of-passage concept album, ‘The Circus And The Nightwhale’, in February via InsideOut Music, plus reissues last month of 'Bay of Kings' (1983) and 'Momentum' (1988), legendary guitarist Steve Hackett kicks off his Genesis Greats, Lamb Highlights & Solo UK tour next month, of which 'Fly On A Windshield/Broadway Melody Of 1974', from the Nürnberg leg of the European tour, is today's amazing Video Of The Day. The tour takes in 16 dates across the UK culminating with a visit to London’s Royal Albert Hall on Wednesday 23rd October, and to mark the 50th anniversary of 'The Lamb Lies Down On Broadway', Hackett is including a selection of highlights from this iconic Genesis album, plus an outstanding touring line-up comprising Roger King (keyboards), Nad Sylvan (vocals), Jonas Reingold (bass, backing vocals), Rob Townsend (saxophone, flutes, additional keyboards) and Craig Blundell (drums), plus special guest Amanda Lehmann.
