Celebrated guitarist and vocalist, Ana Popovic, will bring her new musical adventure, Fantastafunk Big Band Project, to prestigious music festivals throughout this Summer, including California's Monterey Jazz Fest, Norway's Notodden Blues Festival (pictured) and Finland's Pori Jazz, and to coincide with this exciting news, Ana has also released her live single, 'Queen Of The Pack', which is today's Video Of The Day. Based on some of Ana's songs as well as Blues standards, delivered in a new way, it's a super powerhouse Funk & Blues, Rock & Soul, Gospel and R&B experience, merging styles that sees a musical fusion of Stax and Motown with contemporary guitar-driven grooves, delivered by an eleven-piece band including multiple vocalists, a percussionist, drummer, three horns, bass and keys.
