Erja Lyytinen Wins Best Blues Rock! 8/1/26

Following the release last March of her studio album, 'Smell The Roses', internationally acclaimed Blues Rock guitarist, singer and songwriter Erja Lyytinen stopped off at Putney's The Half Moon in London in November (pictured), the final leg of her short three gig tour, and consequently not only has the Finnish slide goddess been voted 'Best Blues Rock' performance in our 2025 WRC Awards, but her latest album track 'Stoney Creek' is also one of today's six of the best 'Thursday Rocks!' Tracks Of The Day, complemented by five recent and forthcoming releases from Secret Rule, Power Paladin, The Velvet Tuxedo, Epinikion and Terror Garden.
