It's now nearly fifty years since The Faces broke up, that saw Rod Stewart subsequently starting his own band including Jim Cregan,​ ​and last Thursday at Kent's Beaverwood in Chislehurst, Cregan & Co., featuring this influential guitarist, together with four other outstanding musicians, namely Ben Mills (vocals/guitar), Harry James (drums), Pat Davey (bass) and Sam Tanner (keys), performed songs from Jim's extensive career, showcasing his days with Rod as well as Cat Stevens, Cockney Rebel and Family, so not only check out Les Linyard's Photo Gallery from the gig, but also watch today's 'My Friend The Sun' Video Of The Day, featuring Roger Chapman, Jim and Laurie Wisefield, filmed last August in tribute to John Wetton.
