Having now moved on to the UK leg of their European Classic Tales of Yes Tour, that stops off at Southend's Cliffs Pavilion tonight, featuring many iconic tracks from their back-catalogue, including a celebration of the 50th Anniversary of ‘Tales from Topographic Oceans’, as well as music from their current album ‘Mirror To The Sky’, today's Video Of The Day is an edited version of their 23rd studio album’s epic title track. Comprising longest serving member, plus album producer, Steve Howe’s dazzling guitars, keyboard wizard Geoff Downes’ impeccable sounds, exquisite melodies and fills, Jon Davison’s angelic, crystalline vocals, Billy Sherwood’s deftly dancing bass and Jay Schellen’s masterfully controlled explosions on drums (having stepped into his late mentor and friend Alan White’s seat), 'Mirror to the Sky' is a collection of high energy, intricate, lush and layered studio songs for an album which adds to the band’s much heralded legacy, while charting a path to exciting future times ahead.
