Arriving on stage to a backing tape of 'Rocky' and then announcing to those eagerly awaiting their set at Kings Cross' The Water Rats that "We play Rock and Roll" - Parisian rockers Carousel Vertigo certainly didn't pull any of their punches in London last Friday night. With half of their set taken from their latest album 'Revenge of Rock and Roll' - if you were a lover of Whitesnake, Status Quo, Thin Lizzy, The Faces, B.B. King, The Black Crowes, Deep Purple, Gary Moore and ZZ Top - then you were in for a treat - yes the music was really that wide-ranging!
