BluesRockfest - The Big Day Is Here! 4 July 2015

Yes all roads finally lead to BluesRockfest at The Red Lion, Gravesend, today with our first band The Rainbreakers taking the stage at 3.30pm. Of course our headliner - who is sponsored by Ramblin' Man Fair - is the brilliant 2014 WRC Award winner Chantel McGregor who is on stage at 9.30pm. In 2011 Chantel was voted ‘YoungArtist of the Year’ at the British BluesAwards and in 2012 she was voted ‘Best Female Vocalist’. In 2013 she won two categories, ‘Guitarist Of TheYear’ and ‘Best Female Vocalist’, and again won the ‘Guitarist Of The Year’ category in 2014! Her debut album ‘Like No Other’, released in 2011, was produced by Livingstone Brown, who has worked with such artists as EdSheeran, Shakira, Kylie Minogue and Corinne Bailey Rae.
