Blues Is The New Cool 11/2/17

We first introduced you to Kat & Co. in April 2015 and the band have now released their long awaited second album 'Blues Is The New Cool' on Tone Trade Records. One of the most modern Blues act in England today, their music has been produced at the highest possible standards - their sound is unique, a combination of Pop, Soul, Jazz, Rock and Blues, something the critics already call Urban-Blues. Kat & Co. have performed with the likes of Lurrie Bell, Joe Louis Walker, Lil Jimmy Reed, Mud Morganfield and Paul Lamb and they have supported some of the best artists in the business from Charlie Musselwhite to Sugar Blue. Their line up is Kathleen Pearson: vocals, Francesco Accurso: guitars and vocals, Federico Parodi: keys, harmonica and vocals, Marco Marzola: bass and double bass and Nick Owsianka: drums and vocals.
