Reading-based UK Progressive Metal band Asira return after eight years on Friday 14th November with 'As Ink in Water', the long-awaited follow-up to their successful debut album 'Efference', and ahead of the new album's release, the sextet have released their lead single, 'Clarity', which is today's lyric Video Of The Day. With 'Clarity', Asira set the emotional tone for their sophomore album as a song that digs deeper into what it truly means to be human, one of seven tracks on a record that fuses the intensity of Black Metal with the expansiveness of Progressive Rock, the textures of Shoegaze, the resonance of choral music, and the deep soul of the Blues.
